*On the canonical v3 archive, PULSE raw temporal walk-forward R² was 0.9076 and median held-out-site R² was 0.6539. These are portfolio validation results, not a promise for a specific farm. Results vary by site, season, and calibration status.

You own your data. We never sell it.

The biggest reason growers avoid ag-tech platforms is fear of a software company owning their farm data. Here is exactly where we stand.

Your raw data stays yours

On BYOS it lives in your own IrriMAX account. We read it to run your dashboard and models; we do not take custody of it, and it is never for sale.

Anonymized data improves your models

We use anonymized data to train and improve the models your farm relies on. That is how a new farm benefits from nine years of Central Valley history, and how yours tunes toward your operation.

Aggregates only, never traceable

The only data products we ever commercialize are anonymized regional aggregates drawn from at least 7 unaffiliated farms. Nothing that can be traced back to you, ever.

Many ag-tech platforms' terms claim rights to your derived or aggregated data and allow resale of anonymized data. Read the terms before you sign anything, including ours: our Farmer Data pledge spells out every use in plain language.

Every tier includes water credit documentation.

Here's why that matters.

What we document

  • Reading summaries cryptographically signed and timestamped at attestation
  • Model outputs summarized into reports tied to the underlying readings
  • Attested records tamper-evident and independently verifiable from signing forward
  • A GSA or buyer can check a certificate by hash or QR without ever seeing your raw telemetry
  • Your project start date locked in from day one

What that could mean

  • If water credit markets develop in your basin, you will have an attested water-use history; records alone do not establish credit eligibility or savings
  • The chain proves a record is authentic and unaltered; for buyers, validity comes from sound methodology plus third-party attestation (SCS Global pathway being established)
  • Buyer eligibility still requires sound additionality and accounting methodology plus independent verification
  • Your documented water-use history is yours, building from day one

No water credit market currently exists in most California basins. AgWaterAI makes no guarantee that credit markets will develop, that your savings will qualify for any program, or that documented savings will have monetary value. The subscription fee covers SGMA allocation tracking and AI irrigation tools. Water savings documentation is included at no additional charge.

All SGMA outputs are estimates only, are not official GSA measurements, and do not replace official GSA reporting. You should independently verify all groundwater usage with your applicable Groundwater Sustainability Agency before any pumping, reporting, or regulatory compliance decisions. AgWaterAI does not provide licensed Pest Control Adviser (PCA) or Irrigation and Nitrogen Management Plan (INMP) services.

AI model accuracy metrics represent historical averages across pilot sites. Results vary by location, soil type, crop, and irrigation system. AI-generated recommendations require human verification before execution per California Civil Code Section 1714.46.
