Yes. AgWaterAI generates GSA-ready SGMA allocation reports for the Sustainable Groundwater Management Act. Reports include water allocation tracking, deadline monitoring, and penalty risk assessment ($100-$2,500 per acre-foot of overuse depending on GSA tier).

What crops does AgWaterAI support?

Our AI models are trained on 9 California crops: almonds, pistachios, walnuts, navel oranges, mandarins (Clementines, Murcotts, W. Murcotts), lemons, table grapes (Thompson Seedless, Flame, Crimson), cherries, and peaches/nectarines. Pistachio growers get additional hull split timing models.

Is the water-use data AgWaterAI documents audit-grade?

AgWaterAI uses patent-pending cryptographic technology to record measured water use as a tamper-evident, audit-grade record. Whether a documented reduction translates into a tradeable water credit is subject to a valid baseline, additionality, GSA approval, and ongoing regulatory development. We provide the documentation infrastructure that VWBA and corporate ESG buyers require; we do not ourselves issue water credits.

Who can see my sensor data?

Your raw readings are used to prepare your orders and reports, and only you and your adviser see them. Auditors and buyers see the signed record of approved orders, not your readings.

What could water credits be worth?

No farm credit price is established. A project first needs eligible conservation, independent verification, issued credits and an agreed buyer price. No methodology has been approved and no credits have been issued.

How accurate are the water-use estimates?

Applied-water predictions are estimates, not flow-meter readings. Accuracy varies by site, season and calibration. Your adviser reviews the available evidence; verify estimates independently before acting. Detailed evaluation results are available in private diligence materials.

Is the patent approved?

The patent application was filed February 17, 2026. It is a provisional application: unexamined, with a priority date established by the filing. No patent has been granted. Examination happens after conversion to a non-provisional application.
