Show the readings and decisions behind your water order.

Turn sensor readings and field checks into a weekly draft order. You, your agronomist or our agronomist on Managed reviews and issues it. Reading summaries are signed into a record that is tamper-evident from signing forward; it does not show that a measurement was accurate or that a regulator accepted it.

Each issued order is kept with the readings behind it.

The weekly workflow

Every week, the same loop.

A written Monday briefing, a Thursday draft water order in pump hours and inches, and the review that turns the draft into the order. The draft comes from the water balance on your own probes, pump and CIMIS. Trained models add stress signals and applied-water estimates as each block's field history builds. Separate rules flag probe faults.

  1. Step 1

    See what needs checking.

Review the block queue and the reason for each flag.

  2. Step 2

    Bring the field reading in.

Confirm the reading and keep it with the visit record.

  3. Step 3

    Review and issue the order.

Check the draft, record the decision and share the plan.

Who issues the order is your choice: you, your own agronomist, or on Managed, our agronomist. Reading summaries are signed into a tamper-evident record. Since Sep 3, 2026, on the farms in our order pilot, the draft order is held back and logged in a hash-linked record before the adviser makes the call; the issued order is kept with the readings behind it. What follows on this page is that record.

Every morning

Where each block stands: water used, allocation left, and soil moisture by depth.

Every report

Water use against your allocation every week. Exports in the format your GSA files in are coming. Always verify official numbers with your GSA.

Your approved order

Each issued order is kept with the signed reading summaries behind it. Those summaries are tamper-evident from signing forward. That's the part the rest of this page explains.

How the verification chain works

From soil sensor to tamper-evident record.

The report retains the evidence behind the issued order. Reading summaries are signed into the record, tamper-evident from signing forward. Later changes can be checked. It does not by itself prove water savings, establish additionality, create a credit, or replace independent methodology verification. No credit revenue is included in the product value today. Patent-pending verification.

Honest by design

Sample data is labeled sample. Estimates are labeled estimates. We report the test method and its limits.

We are checking salt signals against plant measurements. Until that work is complete, they remain supporting evidence for field review.

What If My Sensor Goes Offline?

IrriMAX sensors occasionally lose connectivity. Here is exactly what happens.

Less than 24 hours

Short Outage

We estimate your readings using your last known data plus official CIMIS weather station data.

→ Marked as an estimate in your record.

More than 2 days, up to 7 days

Long Outage

We use historical data from the same period in prior years (requires 3+ years of data).

→ Marked as a historical estimate in your record, with the higher uncertainty noted.

More than 7 days

Extended Outage

We declare the gap. Nothing is estimated for that period.

→ Marked as a gap in your record.

Gaps stay labeled. An estimate is never relabeled as a live reading after the fact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Who can see my sensor data?
Your raw readings belong to you. AgWaterAI and its service providers use them to deliver the service under our Privacy Policy and your agreement. Auditors and buyers see the signed summaries of your readings and the issued orders kept with them, not your raw readings.
What could water credits be worth?
No farm credit price is established. A project first needs eligible conservation, independent verification, issued credits and an agreed buyer price. No methodology has been approved and no credits have been issued.
How accurate are the water-use estimates?
Applied-water predictions are estimates, not flow-meter readings. Accuracy varies by site, season and calibration. Your agronomist reviews the available evidence; verify estimates independently before acting. Each model's test results are published on the models page.
Is the patent approved?
No. The technology is patent-pending. No patent has been granted.
