$80/acre/year Managed Service for our decision systems (three trained AI models live in the irrigation decision today, more trained and staged behind promotion gates) plus sensor install and CCA field support, with your rate locked at signup. The Interest Form is the formal Letter of Intent: it captures farm details, contact information, and an electronic signature.

Does signing the Interest Form commit me to anything?

Accepted Answer

The Interest Form is non-binding for the farmer: you reserve your rate but can decline to proceed at any time. We use signed forms to demonstrate committed demand to investors and to plan sensor deployment in your county.

Is the electronic signature legally binding for the price lock?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The signature pad complies with California Civil Code Section 1633.7 (Uniform Electronic Transactions Act), making the e-signature legally equivalent to a handwritten signature for the purposes of locking your signup rate.

What happens after I submit the Interest Form?

You receive a confirmation email. Our team reaches out within one business day to discuss your operation, walk through SGMA allocation status and review sensor funding options. SWEEP and EQIP cost-share can cover part of the sensor cost. You file as the applicant. Eligibility, award size and payment timing vary, and funding is never guaranteed.
