For investors

The operating system for agricultural water.

SGMA turned groundwater into a regulated, allocated, penalized resource. AgWaterAI connects a grower's sensors, flow meters, weather, and allocations into one live system that tells the field what to do, shows the owner what was delivered, and signs every acre-foot into an auditable record. Farmers pay for it today; the verified water data it produces is the platform.

Real revenue, not a pilot deck.

Why this is hard to copy.

A data asset time cannot compress

11.4M+ sensor readings across 9 continuous years and 70 instrumented sites, paired with pump telemetry and ground-truth plant measurements. A competitor with unlimited capital still needs the seasons.

Six decision systems, honestly validated (one in development)

Six decision systems: four machine-learning systems, the PRESCRIBE mined-rules engine, and a deterministic SENTRY-TRANSITION Stage 1 planning alpha. Each learned metric retains its own temporal and new-site validation basis; systems without defensible skill publish no customer-facing number.

Cryptographically attested water reporting

Eligible evidence reports and reading summaries can be cryptographically signed and independently checked without exposing private field data, tamper-evident from the point of signing forward. Signing is an evidence layer, not verifier approval, registry issuance, or proof of additionality.

Filed IP position

7 filed U.S. provisional patent applications (unexamined) across irrigation prediction, crop stress, compliance verification, sensor diagnostics, and virtual flow measurement, plus an exclusive agricultural license to a filed cryptographic trust-attestation provisional (unexamined).

A model that lands on compliance and compounds

BYOS at $20/acre runs on the grower’s own sensors: SGMA allocation tracking and penalty visibility clear the price on day one, with the customer’s own CCA doing the field work through the platform, so marginal field cost stays near zero while the logged data tunes each farm’s models. Managed at $80/acre is the trust engine that produces paired ground-truth. Data sovereignty (growers own their raw data, we never sell it, only 7+ farm anonymized aggregates are ever commercialized) removes the top adoption objection.

The verification moat · live

Every report, signed. Every claim, auditable.

Watch it run: reading summaries and water-credit reports are signed at attestation, hashed into a tamper-evident chain, and Merkle-attested per site, so a grower's water claim is verifiable by any buyer or auditor without exposing the raw field data. Tamper-evident from the point of signing forward. Patent-pending.

Sensor → aggregation → DAG chain → Merkle attestation → verified output

Why now.

2026

SGMA penalties are now active across Central Valley GSAs. Groundwater allocations ratchet down through 2040.

Mandate

Every one of the 260+ GSAs needs defensible extraction data from every farm. Audit-grade water records stop being optional.

Markets

Corporate water stewardship and water-credit frameworks need verified, sensor-grade savings data. We already produce it.

The wedge is compliance. The asset is verified water data.

Growers connect sensors they already own, or we deploy, finance, or grant-fund them, so adoption is never gated on a grower's capital. Software starts at $20/acre/year on the farmer's own sensors and $80/acre/year managed with our CCA team in the field. Eligible source records can add sensor-grade, cryptographically signed evidence to the platform: the substrate for crop intelligence, compliance reporting, and later methodology review.
