The coming week’s order is drafted from the sensor record, forecast ETo and your allocation, then reviewed by an adviser before it goes out. Model outputs are estimates; the reviewed order is the source of truth. Nothing here controls a pump or a valve.

Each morning we read every logger’s last reading time. Within about 26 hours is healthy; otherwise it is silent. Loggers dark over a month are excluded as decommissioned.

5. The record and its limits

Readings are batched, signed with a private key only we control and committed as a single fingerprint (a Merkle root). Certificates issued from those batches are Ed25519-signed (RFC 8032) and verifiable by anyone against our public key. Each fingerprint includes the previous one, so a changed reading breaks every fingerprint after it. Certificates are re-verified on every lookup. Patent-pending.

Limits: tamper-evident records preserve attested readings and reports; they do not by themselves establish measurement accuracy, water savings or regulatory compliance. No credit volume, price or revenue is established.

6. Plans

BYOS is $20/acre/year on your existing sensors, everything above. First 30 days free, no credit card. The paid plan starts on Day 31 unless you cancel in writing by Day 28. After the BYOS trial converts, cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing quarter.
