Check a signed record

Reading summaries and water reports on the AgWaterAI platform are signed into a patent-pending hash-linked record, tamper-evident from the point of signing forward. Anyone holding a record code can confirm the signed record has not been altered since signing, without seeing the underlying farm data. Signed by AgWaterAI, not independently validated. A signed record preserves what was signed; it does not by itself establish measurement accuracy, water savings or regulatory compliance.

Check a record

Paste the code from a record QR code, a record ID, or a Merkle root (starts with 0x).

See it live

A demonstration site runs synthetic sensor data through our exact production pipeline and publishes a signed daily record. The cryptography, the Merkle batching, and the signature check below are identical to what runs on customer farms. No customer data is shown anywhere on this page or the demo. To run the check yourself: open the demo record, copy its Merkle root (or its record ID), and paste it into the box above.

How the signature check works

1
1. Sealed at capture
Reading summaries are hashed when they are signed. Changing a value afterward changes the hash, so a later change shows.
2
2. Every step signed
Data validation and each AI model output become nodes in a directed acyclic graph (DAG). Each node signs the hashes of its inputs, so the full lineage from raw reading to final report can be traced.
3
3. Batched into a daily Merkle root
All site records are combined into one Merkle root per day, and each batch commits to the previous one, forming a tamper-evident chain. One fingerprint summarizes the whole day.
4
4. Anyone can check
A record carries a QR code or a code. Scanning it shows the signatures, node hashes, and chain position so an auditor, lender, or agency can run the same check.

Checkable without being exposed

A reader of the record sees
  • Cryptographic hashes and signatures
  • The record lineage and chain position
  • Data quality and gap flags
  • Whether every signature checks out
A reader never sees
  • Raw sensor values or irrigation schedules
  • How our AI models work internally
  • Grower identities or business terms
  • Anything beyond what the record holder shares

A hash is a one-way fingerprint: it shows a record existed and was not altered, but reveals nothing about its contents. That is what lets a groundwater agency, lender, or water program audit the integrity of a claim without the farm surrendering its data.

Patent-pending technology. Provisional filings are unexamined.
